For magnetizing a rotor in a manual workstation with a built-in magnetizing coil

The UKI-MPLC magnetizers work according to the capacitor discharge method with integrated PLC control with a graphic operator terminal. We equip these devices with all necessary safety components (DIN EN 13849-1) in accordance with our quality standard. They have appropriate signal signals for use in flow production, but can also be equipped with a manual workstation, as shown here.

The magnetization system carries out the magnetization and subsequent measurement of the peak current on the corresponding magnetization coil.
