A set of Calibration foils with manufacturer's certificate for checking the calibration and re-calibration of coating thickness measuring devices. The calibration foil set is supplied with 4 calibration foils in the range of 30-300 μm and a ceramic calibration plate of 1000 μm. The certificate is traceable to Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) Braunschweig, the National Metrology Institute of Germany.
